We've had some fun this March! Susie went on a field trip (they call them "field work expeditions") and I was able to go too. We went to the Tracy Aviary in Salt Lake. I've been wanting to go for a long time and it was so cool! We saw lots of beautiful birds, went on a guided tour, and wrote down observations on living and non-living things. Susie was so excited and I was glad to tag along with her cute friends.
We also had a preschool class field trip to the fire station! The fire fighters had a race to see who could put on all their gear the fastest. They let the kids go inside the fire truck and ambulance too.
We had some fun for St. Patricks Day. Susie read a book in school about catching a leprechaun so the kids were all worked up about making a trap. I finally gave in and we made one together. Then I got into it too and made a little leprechaun mischief the night before. We invited some friends over and went on a treasure hunt the leprechaun left for us. Paul and I were sure to tell them that we only pretend about leprechauns and they were both pretty disappointed, haha!
