Susie and I have been counting down the days for months for our girls trip to Florida. We found a great deal flying Allegiant Airlines. We were so excited to go and visit Livy and her family!
Grandma Suzy flew out a few days before we did. The afternoon we arrived, we drove to DisneyWorld and rode on the sky ride gondolas to see a bit of the park and nearby resorts from above.
The next day we went to Universal Studios! JP has a friend that gives VIP tours at Universal and he got us in for free! The Hagrid ride was the best but definitely the longest wait.
My other favorite is the Jurassic River ride with the huge Trex just before the drop.
Susie was so excited to see Harry Potter world. We rode Hogwarts Express and bought a frozen butter beer. Susie was even selected for a cool "wand selection" ceremony. The ride at Gringotts was pretty awesome too.
Susie was so brave. She rode on all the scary rides.
The next day we went to Cocoa Beach. We stopped at Trader Joes first for some snacks. We all had fun sitting on the beach and splashing in the waves. Pierre was in heaven. The waves didn't scare him at all, he couldn't get enough!
The last day we ran a little 5k together. Susie walked with Grandma.
Afterwards we went on the coolest alligator drive. We saw so many! There's nothing better than getting to see animals in their habitat. It was really amazing watching them swim around.
We got to see Mackenzie and Leah on our last day too. We met up with them for tacos.
We had the best time on our little trip. It's hard to have them live so far away!
