Clark was very excited to celebrate his birthday. He has been asking everyday since then when he gets to have his birthday again. Sorry bud, it's just once a year.
Clark is the cutest and spunkiest 3 year old. We call him the hulk because he acts just like him haha. He loves to pretend battle Pokemon. He loves everything orange. He loves when someone will battle with him or play with trains or help him pile every toy we own on his bed. He loves playing with legos too. He will say, 'mom we go play with toys, that good idea?' And if I say 'I am making dinner' he will yell, 'no! that not good idea!' Every morning when he wakes up he doesn't want to eat breakfast, he just wants to start coloring Pokemon. But he doesn't want to do the coloring, he just wants to watch me color them. Then we cut it out and tape it up somewhere or add it to the never ending collection of coloring pages we have. He loves to snuggle and read books with me. He doesn't have much of any appetite (unless it's sugar). I don't know how to keeps growing based on what he eats. He does love apples and broccoli and most of the time I can get him to eat a granola bar during the day.
For his birthday he went on a date with Paul to spend his birthday money from Grandma. I took him on a date to Costco, too. I love spending one on one time with him.
We decorated the night before his birthday so he was so happy and surprised when he came upstairs. He got to open one gift before everyone left, Connect Four.
Later on we had some of my family that lives close by over for pizza and cake. He wanted a Boldore Pokemon cake. It was really fun having everyone over to celebrate and Clark had so much fun!
