We went up to Mirror Lake with the Largey's the first week in August. We had such a great time. Camping with cousins is the best. The kids were entertained the whole time, all except Henry of course, who we had to follow around and keep out of trouble relentlessly.
There were lots of beautiful wild flowers that the girls loved picking and making bouquets. I also had fun fishing with the kids. We caught a couple tiger trout and I cooked one up for lunch.
Our favorite was the walk that went all around the lake and our least favorite was the lack of flushing toilets (the bathrooms facility wasn't great).
Mirror Lake is beautiful and we are excited to go back!
