Braden Birthday and Baptism

 Happy Birthday Braden! We had Braden's favorite to breakfast, German pancakes and sausage. 

He wanted a beach scene cake. He loved the shark attack. It was really fun to make and show him when I was done. Braden got some chapter books and an RC car and a game and a cactus for his birthday. 

We had a little backyard beach party with a few of Braden's friends. We are so lucky to have such cute friends in our neighborhood. 

It was a great party! Swimming, water balloons, and a shark watermelon! 

Grandma Suzy came for the birthday party and baptism the next day. She bought Braden his first set of scriptures. He is so excited to have his own. 

The next day we got ready for a baptism and lunch with family. It was such a happy day. What a blessing to have such wonderful family to share in happy occasions with. They all come to show their love and support. It was hot, but it was fun. 

Braden is an avid reader. This is how I've found him all summer long. Whenever I can't find Braden, I know he's just somewhere with his book. He loves his neighborhood friends. He loves staying up late and watching movies. He loves to try new foods, he's my best eater. He is snuggly and affectionate and can talk your ear off. He has strong emotions and a beautiful heart. I love my boy.
