Fun Visitors

School is out! We took the party bus out for some ice cream to celebrate.

We had some fun visitors come in May. It was really nice having them here. We've been stuck inside (or in our backyard) for months now so having some new faces was fun. :)

My nephew Ty came and visited for a week. My kids were in heaven. They think he is the smartest and the coolest. We tried to do a few fun things while he was here. We took a picnic lunch to Jensen Park and fed the ducks, went on a few bike rides, played outside a lot, and had a pizza and movie night.

Ty made us all a delicious ginger pancake and homemade applesauce breakfast one morning. It was unbelievably good! Ty and I did some online indexing together on Family Search. We had a game night with the kids.

One day while he was here it was especially windy so we took kites to a field nearby and had a fun time flying them.

We also had a parade for our ward Primary to celebrate the end of the school year and Ty drove me around the neighborhood, leading the rest of the Primary teachers. It was fun!

Our next visitors came over Memorial Day weekend.
We went hiking in Adams Canyon and spent a day at Pineview.

Since we can't go anywhere or do to much due to the virus, most of our fun plans revolved around eating yummy food haha. We had a great Memorial Day BBQ and celebrated Olivia's 24th birthday with cheesecake. I gave her a window, just like mine.

We stopped by to visit Grandpa too.
